SugarCRM integration with HappyFox allows your agents to retrieve contextual SugarCRM contact information within HappyFox. This information can be viewed on the ticket-details page and in new ticket form. The integration also provides an option to push ticket-information to SugarCRM cases automatically.

Steps to Configure SugarCRM Integration with HappyFox:
- Log in to HappyFox.
 - Go to Apps >> CRM >> SugarCRM.
 - Click Install. In the subsequent screen, provide your:
	
- Sugar CRM Account URL.
 - Sugar CRM Username.
 - Sugar CRM Password.
 
 - Clicking Save enables integration.

Creating SugarCRM contacts inside HappyFox:
- Click "Create Contact" link towards the top right of the SugarCRM integration section.
 - Enter relevant contact information and click "Save".
 - A new contact is created in SugarCRM from HappyFox.
 

Pushing HappyFox Ticket information into SugarCRM:
To push HappyFox ticket information as "Cases" inside SugarCRM you would need to enable this feature:
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> SugarCRM.
 - Click Manage, then Enable "Push Ticket Information to CRM".
 - Click Save.
 
Once enabled, you can find the ticket information inside the cases section of the account, to which the corresponding contact is a part of.

Disable SugarCRM App from HappyFox:
Only One CRM app can be active in your HappyFox account. If you would like to try out other CRM apps, you have to disable the SugarCRM app first.
Steps:
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> SugarCRM.
 - Click "Manage".
 - To temporarily disable the app, click "disable the app" link inside "Status"
