1. Check Payment Information:

Verify that the payment details entered, including card number, expiration date, and security code, are accurate. Typos or errors can result in payment failures.

2. Payment Declined:

If your payment is declined, contact your bank or payment provider to ensure there are no restrictions or insufficient funds preventing the transaction.

3. Try Another Payment Method:

If using a credit/debit card, consider trying an alternative card or payment method available on the platform (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer) to complete the transaction.

4. Clear Browser Cache/Cookies:

Clear your browser cache and cookies or try using a different browser/device to eliminate any technical issues causing payment processing problems.

5. Contact Support:

If issues persist, reach out to our customer support team. Provide details of the payment problem encountered, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

6. Payment debited but not showing up:

If you submitted a payment, check your My Purchases page to see if it went through. If a payment you made doesn't show up in your purchases, check your bank statement to see if the payment was processed by your bank. If your bank has a record of the purchase, but it's not appearing on the portal, it'll be credited back in your account in 24 hours from the time of payment.
